I uploaded my completed taxes for 2023 and you won’t accept them

I uploaded my 2023 taxes through a pdf. I am getting no response

Please explain..   Uploaded it to where?  What are you trying to do?

Are you trying to transfer a 2023 tax file so that you can start a new 2024 tax return?  A pdf will not work.  You need the tax file.

 

 

How to transfer last year’s return?
