i uploaded my 1099-DIV and it has the payer address as the wrong state and wont let me edit. it keeps saying "check this entry" but only for the payer ZIP code...

If you entered it initially by uploading a Picture, or PDF of the 1099-DIV?

Then you should delete the entire form.

...then re-enter it entirely manually by typing in everything.

...Don't upload a picture of PDF of any tax form....if you can't get an "import" that comes directly from the provider's computers, you should just type in the data.
