I recently was just got my W-2 and I was wanting an estimate on my return. Obviously I misunderstood that uploading a picture of it would not give me an estimate. But I do NOT want them to file any taxes for me or even assist me at all. But I have tried multiple times asking there “live chat”(chat gpt) and they refuse to give me a real person. They do not answer my questions, and when I asked for the phone number I called it and all I got is another AI, once again refusing to let me talk to someone for help. All I want is to make sure that tax turbo is NOT filing my taxes. If they are, let me CANCEL it!
