I try to bypass this screen it doesn't give me an option what can I do and since I all ready pay for the service I cannot go back and erase and start all over

In TurboTax Online, in the left-side menu, click on Tax Tools > Tools, then choose Delete a Form on the pop-up menu.

 

When the list of forms appears, look for Form 8915, and Delete it from your return.

 

Then close the program, clear your  Cache and Cookies and this should resolve your issue.  I assume you answered NO in the interview when asked if you had a Disaster Distribution?
