I thought I was supposed to receive a mailing with pin and instructions regarding how to set up EFTPS. I have not and do not want to be paying penalties.

See this IRS website on how to contact EFTPS - https://www.irs.gov/uac/eftps-the-electronic-federal-tax-payment-system

I have the pins for my wife and myself.  I have not been able to get to a page where I can enter them.  That is my problem.

If you received a 6 digit Identity Protection PIN from the IRS because you reported an identity theft to the IRS then you need to enter the 6 digit PIN in the TurboTax program -

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

  • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
  • Click on Other Tax Situations
  • Scroll down to Other Return Info
  • On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button

Or enter ip pin in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ip pin
