I think turbo tax isn't filling out my 8962 correctly. I accessed the latest 8952 form from IRS.gov and filling out myself. I'm getting a different Net premium tax credit

Turbo tax isn't letting me manually amend my 8962 however. How do I fix or verify the accuracy of the TurboTax 8962?
