I think I didnt receive w2 or 1099.Since 2022 december I havent work. I have got temporary disability payments then permanent dis. Do I still need those forms to file?

If you have not worked you would not receive a W-2.   If you are receiving Social Security disability you get a SSA1099 each year.  But if the Social Security is your only income you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.  Do you have a SSA1099?   Do you have other income?

I only got 1095-B. I got injured at work so my disability benefits were from the insurance company that my job had. It was temporary benefits. They cut that and lowered the amount now I get permanent disability benefits and it is from State compensation insurance fund. Except those I had no income since 2022 December.
