I switched cell phone carriers. The old cell phone number (tied to my turbo tax account) is no longer active. How do I change this in Turbo Tax?

I tried that, but I wasn't able to change the phone number in there, which seemed kind of weird. I'm going to have to call them about that and another issue this week.

I changed my cell number in my Personal Info. But when I am filing return it shows my old cell number which is not active.

If you are in TurboTax Online, if you look at the black panel on the left, at the bottom you will see Intuit Account. Is this where you are showing the old phone number? Anything you update when preparing your tax return will be submitted on your forms. If you have also changed the number within your Personal Info, you should be fine, as long as you update it when preparing your tax return. Please let us know if this helps.
