When did you submit your payment and did you keep a confirmation of the payment? If you submitted the payment using the state's tax agency website, you should work through the agency to follow your payment.
I submitted the payment on 4/11 and I submitted the payment through TurboTax. I didn't think to receive a confirmation as I figured TurboTax would provide that for me or be able to show I paid through them online. I just want to confirm payment went through and I don't need to send in a payment or worry about it being late. Please confirm if my state return was paid effectively through your website.
Was your state return accepted? Sometimes it may take some time to process and payment won't be processed until the State return is accepted. Since you just submitted payment on 4/11, it may not have been processed yet since banks typically don't process transactions over a weekend. If you are still concerned, you may want to contact out Customer care by calling 1-800-4-INTUIT (1-800-446-8848).
It was accepted. My federal was accepted also. My federal payment went through immediately on my credit card. My state was attempted on my debit card - it looked like it went through but payment has not hit yet. I also saw some note on the site about how I need to mail in my payment, which confused me, since it appeared that the debit payment for my state return went through on the TurboTax end. Could you please confirm if the payment went through on even an initial level on the site?
