I submitted my state return Jan 31. I checked the status on CA FTB and it said processing but now when I check it says the info you entered does not match our records.
I entered in the same info as before so why does it say info does not match our records ?

It could be that the CA FTB found a mistake in your tax return and changed the refund. Review the CA FTB article; Help with refunds.
