I submitted my efile and it said that WI wouldn't be ready until the 26th, but it says that MN and Federal were accepted. WI status is started. How do I submit it?

Most likely one of the state forms is not yet finalized for e-file.

Some federal forms had the final draft delayed from the IRS and states do not finalize some of their forms until the federal ones are ready. The federal form will not be delayed if the state form is not yet filed.

Please click on Review, on the left menu.  You may see a message "Some of your tax forms are not ready".  Below the message, you can select the link that says "I want to sign up for email notifications. "

Below are the expected release dates for the state forms. Simply scroll down to your state and select your version of Turbo Tax for a list of forms and expected dates. You will see that the e-file date and the print date are sometimes different.

When your state forms are finalized, Open Turbo Tax and Click on the State, on the left menu, to open and finish your state return.

I also cannot e-file my wisconsin taxes. The links sent above indicate that all forms I need from WI are available for paper and e-file. What is the hold up?

It is possible all of the forms required for your state are not yet available. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on State forms availability for personal. State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products. State Forms
