I started doing my tax return using TurboTax Premier Client Version. Can I import it to TurboTax online? I'd like to get TurboTax expert advice.

What is client version?  You mean the Desktop program?  No you can't move a Desktop return into the Online version.  Only the other way around from Online to Desktop.  You only can Transfer the prior year Desktop return into the current year Online version.
