I started a new employer and my W2 now includes items besides NYDI in box 14. Now has amounts for MED, DENT & VISN. I dont know what is the corresponding code to use

Box 14, of Form W-2 is used for many things and mostly state or local information.  The IRS doesn't really look at that box as a rule, however it can be used for federal information as well such as clergy housing .
