I started a handyman business last year on january 13th but didnt pay quarterly taxes or do bookeeping well. I am clueless. What do I do now? Where do I start? I'm scared

I am a sole proprietorship

you need more help than TT can provide. Seek out a CPA.  ask friends or relatives for a reference.  if they can't provide one, contact your state's CPA society for references.
