I spoke to agent and post call, he shared with me the list of CPAs in my area. I got email with the link to sign in and check the message. But I can’t find any message.

You should be able to get to the message from your Tax Expert by logging into your TurboTax account and clicking the red box that says "EXPERT HELP" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.  Next, in the window that appears, look for "my contact history" and click on it.  In the message(s) that appear, click on them and you should see the message you are looking for.

 

Or, look for the bell icon in TurboTax Online to see if you have Notifications (screenshot below):

Can’t find either of options. There is no hyperlink on red checkmark and I don’t see bell icon either. What could be the problem?

You could try logging out of the program and logging back in to try to solve this problem.

You may also try using another browser.

 

Depending on what TurboTax product you are using, your message may be found when clicking on "Messages" in your top right corner after you log into your program or 

by clicking on the TurboTax floating LIVE help button.
