I spent over 50 minutes talking to a TurboTax representative who was literally holding me on the phone without explaining why. He did not solve the problem. I am extremely disappointed for wasting 50 minutes of my life with overly underqulified representative. My case number was 1544831017. The problem is still not solved. TurboTax does not give options to submit a report.

The problem is I am supposed to get 20% off TurboTax from my initial 119$ TurboTax Premium (I subscribed for tex messages to get it) and 64$ State Tax fees. I clicked the link with 20% off which said it would apply automatically, but instead, it raised the initial price of TurboTax Premium to 129$ and also did not apply 20% to the State Tax TurboTax fee. It happened when I clicked the link on my phone which redirected me to TurboTax app and "applied" the discount by raising the initial price.
@anastasiaamiles Since you couldn't resolve your problem with regular Customer Support, you can escalate the problem to the office of the President of Intuit. They say they will get back to you within 1 business day.
