I spent four hours doing everything you wanted and I am 71 and I get confused about what's going on I gave you all the information but now they say I cannot defy

they say I have to mail it I don't have a printer and this is getting very difficult and I don't know what to do

I'd like to help.  Can you give me a bit more information, like what screen in TurboTax you were on when you were notified you needed to mail your return?
