I went to go attempt to fill in the 1099K Form PayPal provided me, TurboTax instead told me "We don't need a separate entry for your 1099K. It should already be included in other income such as self-employment"
But this wasn't self-employment, just side things sold on ebay.
You would report your eBay income on a Schedule C. For tax purposes, self-employment income includes any part-time businesses or "side work" performed in which you are in business for yourself, rather than another person. You are also considered self-employed if you engage in business-like activities where you intend to make a profit.
In order to report your self-employment income in 2020, you will need to enter your gross earnings and your business expenses on your Schedule C. To access these fields in TurboTax, complete the following steps:

If your sales are the online equivalent of an occasional garage or yard sale, you generally don't need to report income from those sales.
This applies when you originally bought these items for more money than you've sold them for. When this is the case, you don't need to report the income received from your sale on eBay or elsewhere.
