I sold ESPP shares in 2023. On the "Let's review your employee stock plan results" there is a "W-2 disposition" amount. What does this amount represent?

The amount does not match the W-2 box 14 ESPPD amount, which represents the employee discount on the stock price and is considered ordinary income.  I double checked that all of my numbers from Form 3922 and 1099-B were entered correctly.
