I signed up for MAX for $49.99 When I tried to check out I was charged $59.99 for Deluxe which I did not sign up for AND charged the 49.99 for the MAX. Why?

It sounds like you are in the TurboTax Deluxe product, which is $59.99, and you added MAX benefits on top of the product, which is an additional $49.99. If you need to remove MAX, you can do that at the "review your order" screen. Details on that are below.
