I signed on for Willbuilder, but there is no indication to the length of my subscription. The ARAGlegal help desk, they referred me back to TurboTax Any ideas?

When you purchase Willbuilder by October 31, 2022, coverage lasts from the date purchased through October 31, 2023.  For more information, please see the following TurboTax help article for more information about Willbuilder.

I purchased it like last week (Feb 2023, so AFTER the date you mention)

but does that mean it’s an annual subscription? I have 12 months?

It is not an annual subscription it is an add-on. Your coverage will last from the date you purchased it through October 2023.

What is meant by 'coverage' in this context? If coverage is for 12 months, does that mean documents created using the platform will not be legally binding after the 12 months have elapsed? Or does it just mean you won't have access to the portal and creation of new documents after the subscription period is over? Thank you!

For these specific questions, you would need to contact ARAG here. @merebog
