I set up estimated taxes for 2017 after filing for 2016. Where can I amend the payment amount?

The estimated tax payments vouchers and information are not sent to the IRS. They are just for your use and you can send or not send them, change the amounts, or choose to pay using the electronic payments system EFTPS.

You can download and print blank 1040-ES forms and complete them any way you like. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

You can also file electronically using the Treasury EFTPS web site: https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/

To make adjustments to 2017 income/deductions for calculating quarterly estimates in TurboTax:

Select Federal Taxes, Other Tax Situations, Other Tax Forms, and then select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes
