I sent in my federal return a month ago. I didn't continue on to e-file my state tax return with TurboTax. How do I continue on using TurboTax to complete my state taxes?

Just go back into the "File a Return" section under "File".  It may take a few pages but it'll eventually get you to a point where you can select your State return and can choose how to file it.
