I selected the $50 software package and was charged $225 on my credit card. This was a bait and switch and I expect a refund.

Somehow you upgraded to online Premier Live--which provides live help from a CPA. Did you already e-file?

The same thing happened to me... I selected $50 and by the end of my filing it says I was charged $225...
