I saw about 1095-A form needed, but I have 1095-B form, but I do not see about that anymore.

Even though the Government sees that I have health insurance, do i even need to worry on 1095-A or B form?

If you have health insurance and you received form 1095-B, you don't have to enter the form in TurboTax. Just keep it with your tax records.

  • However, if TurboTax is asking you about form 1095-A, make sure you enter that you did NOT get a 1095-A form and you did NOT have a government plan or a Health Care Exchange plan. If you answer yes, TurboTax will instruct you to enter Form 1095-A which you won't be able to do since you don't have one.
