I said "NO" to Max Benefits several times how do I get a refund for this fraudulent charge?

I said "NO" several times during the processing of my taxes and it still charged me in the end - this is onerous and fraudulent.  I want it off my taxes or I will report this to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Fraud office
