I requested I pay turbotax out of my taxes when I filed on 2/3/2019. It's 3/20 and I still haven't received my taxes, but have been told $79 will be charged to my bank.

Why is my bank account being charged if I haven't gotten my refund? Is there a way to delay it? I can't afford to just drop $79. Why is my "turbotax debt" not being taken out of my taxes now?

When you agreed to deduct the fees from your refund, you agreed to the Refund Processing agreement. If your refund was reduced or your refund was delayed, you TurboTax.

I am including more about this in our FAQ below.
