I reported my 1099 MISC under the business section and now see that it asks for it again in Personal Income section......do I enter this info twice? It shows I entered it last year in the personal section.....

If your 1099 misc has an amount in box 7, then you should enter it in the business section. After you do this, you still might see it in the summary of the personal section, but as long as you only entered it once (in the business section), you did things correctly.
