I replied my to Nwe

I replied to the new York state tax department with the information they needed 2 months ago and I have not received any response,not even my refund.

TurboTax does not receive any information from your state after you file your tax return.  If the state requested additional information from you and you provided that information, then only the state knows what they are doing with your tax return.  Contact the state.
