I recieved a letter saying I need to turn in a 8962 form and a 1095-a. My paper work is a 1095-c, though. What did I do wrong, how much will this delay my taxes, amd what can I do at this point?

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return.

If you never applied for health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchange in 2019 or late 2018, then the IRS has incorrect information on you for health care coverage.  Call the phone number on the IRS notice you received and speak with the IRS agent to resolve this problem
