I recieved a 1099-misc for personal training as a self contractor 1 hour each day during my 12 hour day with same client and loc as an aide. Can I write off gas etc?

I have to be at this location as an aide as a paid employee I am just switching roles to do the PT. I do havr a desk computer area that I use to create invoice for the agency and client.

You would not be able to deduct any mileage expense if you were also there to perform your work as an employee. 

You can deduct any expenses that you incur and pay for related only to the self-employment.  For example, supplies or reference materials, etc. that you purchased and used for your personal training sessions.
