I recently moved the 31st of December should I use my new or old address to file my return

One of my w2s has the new address but One has the old one I just wanted to know will there be a filing issue

Use the address  where you want to receive mail from the IRS.  It's OK that your old address is on one of your W-2's; people move all the time.
