I received two W2s from same employer (parent company) but with different EIN. Do I have to combine info together when filing taxes or can I enter them separately?

No, don't combine them. Enter them separately into the TurboTax program. The IRS is actually looking for them to be filed separately.

Okay understood but just to be clear here, when filing the taxes, TurboTax program will prompt me to enter my second W2?

Yes... after you enter the first one, it'll ask if you have another W-2 to enter. 🙂
