I received my advance on Credit Karma but then they locked my account when I updated my phone number and address to match my license. Why can no on give me an answer.

I can't use virtual card info they literally froze my account and shipping new card to old address. I want a refund on my processing fee for this huge inconvenience from foreign workers who can't even understand everything I say. Turbo you need to go back to Turbo card for advanced!!!!!!! I'll never use this option again if with credit karma.
