I received less than $10 in dividends from Ally Invest in 2018. They say that I will not be receiving a Form 1099-DIV. How do I go about reporting this income on my 1040?

You can see an excellent answer below by one of our other agents that can guide you through the process. Keep in mind that, while you should report all income, no 1099-DIV was filed and reported to you or your IRS transcript.
