I received an unclaimed reimbursement from Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. How do I report this reimbursement of unclaimed monies?

I was one of two parties with an interest in this unclaimed money for earnest money on a property which I sold in 1997.  The other party defaulted and did not purchase the house.  The mortgage company held the earnest money and did not release it until now.  It was done through the Unclaimed money process for the state of Texas.
