I received an IRS notice asking for my 1095-A but I received a 1095-b. What do I need to do?

The IRS has received information from the Marketplace that you had insurance through the Marketplace, even if it was only for one month.  Go to How to get my 1095-A form

How to find your 1095-A online

  1. Log into your HealthCare.gov account.
  2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2019 application — not your 2020 application.
  3. Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left.
  4. Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.

You can download the 1095-A form from here and include the information in your tax return.

If you still do not have a 1095-A form and the web site confirms that take a screen shot of the page confirming that to send to the IRS.
