I received an email that I have a message from the agent I just spoke with and to login. Once I login I can't find this message anywhere?

We need a bit more information to be able to assist you further.  We just want to double check if you have a Live Tax Advice button in the top right corner after you login?  Please post here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps. 

Thank you for your attempts at help. I ended up having to call in and have them send it to me another way.
