I received an email saying: Your tax forms are ready. The wait is over! The tax forms we needed to finish up your taxes are ready to go. But I can't find this on the site

You would not see any additional forms, it means that there were forms that your tax return used, but they were not quite finished being updated. You don't see new forms, just the forms you had are now update and ready to go. 

Unfortunately, the state forms that were filed and that I can download have a watermark all over them that say "Do Not Mail, E-File Only" and "Form Not Final" on the voucher I am supposed to use to mail in my payment.  I need forms without all the watermarks on them so I can mail them in to my State DoR, as well as a voucher that doesn't say it isn't the final form. I hope I'm making sense.

Nevermind, I figured it out myself by clicking "add a state" (even though I didn't need to add a state) ... it was the only way to get a copy of my own tax documents without watermarks all over it.  This is something Intuit / Turbo Tax needs to fix for next year.
