I received an email from TurboTax saying that I have not filed my 2023 taxes / returns this year. I filed using taxslayer instead

I write back and tell them again and again that I've already filed my 2023 federal return using a different tax software company this year

This surprises you?  Turbotax has no way of knowing that you filed a return using different software because of taxpayer privacy laws.  If you don't want reminders from your Turbotax account, log in and turn them off.
