I received an email from turbo tax offering a 20 % discount to file my taxes. I followed the link, but at completion and checkout the discount was not applied, why?

I received the mentioned email just a few days before the tax deadline and subsequently filed my taxes with turbo tax online, again, following the link provided in that email.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
