I received a reimbursement from my health insurance after exceeding my annual deductible. Is that taxable income?

No, reimbursements from health insurance companies for medical expenses incurred are not taxable income.

However, if you deducted the expenses it covers as medical expenses on a previous year's return, you would need to amend the prior year to adjust expenses for the reimbursement.  You cannot claim medical insurance reimbursements as a medical expense since they are not taxable.
