I received a one 1099 mis. it said it is not reported. is from a Mineral Rights inheritance, and they did take taxes out before they sent it to me for their state.

Do I file it?

Yes, enter your 1099-MISC form.   What boxes have amounts in them?    Where do I enter 1099-MISC?
