I received a form T4A-NR from Canada, it's like a 1099 misc...how do I enter it?

Here are the steps to enter T4A-NR from Canada in TurboTax CD/Download desktop software:

·         Using Find (upper right of program) search foreign income and click the Jump to foreign income link from results

·         Answer Yes to Did you Make any Money Outside the U.S.? and follow the on-screen instructions.

·         If you lived and worked in a foreign country, you might qualify for the foreign income exclusion. We'll ask questions to see if you qualify after you've entered your foreign income.
