I received a bonus check from my employer but didnt get a 1099misc. Do I have to report this?

I did not get a 1099misc from my employer for a bonus check and he did not put it on my W'2. Where do I enter this information?

You need to ask your employer about it.  It may very well be that it was included on your W-2.  There would not be a special "box" on your W-2 for a bonus.  It would just be added to your income in Box 1.
