I received a 1099-MISC form for gambling winnings (not a W2-G). Where do I enter it in TurboTax? As a 1099-Misc or in gambling winnings (W2-G not received)?

Sounds like you won a prize or an award (theyre reported on a 1099MISC) , not gambling winnings.

It was a black jack tournament - prize was cash and reported on 1099 MISC

You can enter it as a 1099-MISC and specify it's for prize winnings on the screen that follows: Does one of these uncommon situations apply?. It will be treated the same way as gambling winnings, meaning that you will be asked about gambling losses after you enter your 1099-MISC

Where do I enter withholding for the states after entering gambling winnings on "other income from form 1099-misc tab"?
