I received a 1099-Misc for the reimbursement of trees from the county how do I report this in turbo tax and are there any deductions I can use to offset this income?

Are you in the business raising trees?  Why did the county pay you for trees?

No we do not raise tree's.  They are extending the road and extending right away, they paid for the land  thru a 1099-s and the trees that are going to be in the way and removed are what they paid for and sent us a 1099-misc for.
