I received a 1099-INT tax form for receiving interest on my savings account. When adding the information for box (state). Texas is left out so I can't proceed.

Texas has no state tax, so there should not have been any state tax withheld for Texas. If the box is blank, leave it blank.

I can't leave it blank, though. It shows up as  a required field. When I leave it blank, my 1099-INT form shows up as incomplete and I can't proceed to finish my tax return.

I would enter $0 for the box if the program is requiring an entry.

If the $0 entry does not work, I would delete the form, sign out/close the program, and then try again.

To Delete Form 1099 INT in TurboTax Online:
