I received a 1095-B health coverage form and not a 1095-A health coverage form. The turbo tax program only ask for you to enter information on a 1095-A form.

How do I proceed with filing my taxes as I was not issued a 1095-A form?

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.  When asked if you have a Form 1095-A answer NO and continue.

Form 1095-B is for informational purposes only so keep with your records. You do not need to enter it into TurboTax. Since you did not receive Form 1095-A, answer the question "No".

For additional information, please refer to the TurboTax article Do I need to enter my 1095-B and 1095-C?

The 1099-B is for your records. Before they eliminated the penalty for not having medical insurance it was needed.

The 1095-A is for Obamacare ie insurance bought on the federal marketplace. If you did not buy that insurance answer no and file. If you did, you need to go on the marketplace website and get your 1095-A
