I received a 1040ES when I filed my taxes. My first payment is due today. Do I have to pay this if I have adjusted my W4 with my employer?

The Forms 1040-ES to pay estimated taxes for 2023 are for your use only.  They do not have to be used if you do not want to use them.  They are not sent or reported with your 2022 tax return to the IRS.
